When they submit their life fully to God and walk in obedience to all He commands.

We have to submit ourselves to God's Authority in order to receive His peace.
4. What part of the phrase "peace like a river" means most to you?
A river is always changing and flowing - just as God's peace changes, to the degree that we need it; and flows into our lives, right when we need it. His timing is perfect and His peace is always sufficient!!
